The story so far…

In January 2016, a Grade II listed house just down the road from us in south Bristol came up for auction. It was called Double House. We saw it, looked round it, were indifferent about it, lost sleep thinking about it, decided we loved it, panicked a bit and then bought it. By April, we'd moved in and the long process of repair and restoration could begin. This blog/scrapbook records that process.
