The Old Rectory at Preston Capes
A handsome, heritage red-brick building perched on top of a hill, where the gardens envelop the house and neighbouring church. Deep borders and a rill point north, where the land falls away and opens up to an epic view of the rolling Northamptonshire countryside. The lawns and borders near the house give way to wilder areas of longer grass and species roses whilst to the east, native trees at various states of maturity frame the view beyond and offer protection from the wind.
