Double House, Bristol. Winter.
The house dates back to about 1730 and has recently undergone a comprehensive restoration, during which the rear garden has been completely redesigned and rebuilt using existing materials on site. The planting is a mixture of trees, shrubs and modern cottage/new perennials designed to persist deep into winter to benefit wildlife and provide visual interest at this time of year.
