An incredible, tactile, charred wood sculpture inspired by the folded inner surface of the large intestine forms the backbone of this garden. The meadow contains many gut-healthy edible plants, some of which had been prepared in a delicious salad dish that I was offered to try whilst photographing. The space had been designed to promote awareness of gut health and to remove some of the stigma and embarrassment that can be associated with conversations about this subject.
